The Carmel Forest Spa Resort is Israel’s largest health resort and spa, covering 75 dunams (75,000m2) of woods and gardens in the heart of the Carmel Forest Nature Reserve. The Isrotel hotel chain decided that, in order to provide an experience that is truly “relaxing, pampering, and rejuvenating”, it is not enough to provide guests with a luxurious hotel. The perfect setting is also required: secluded, but still convenient, a place that is quiet without being isolated, and, most importantly, a location that will support a new and creative redefinition of the entire “pampering” concept.
And so, the Carmel Forest Spa Resort was born, seamlessly merging with its natural surroundings. Guests need only glance outside to absorb the tranquility of the Resort’s expansive, enchanting gardens alongside all of the luxuries that guarantee a truly exceptional hospitality experience.
The Resort’s unique structure has been specially designed to blend into the surrounding landscape, rather than rising above it like a foreign interloper. Each of the Resort’s five terraced stories rests on the mountainside, enabling all 126 rooms and suites to overlook the spectacular scenery. The Carmel Forest Spa: Providing more than 80 body and beauty treatments, featuring raw materials from top international brands in the fields of cosmetics and beauty care: body massages utilizing various techniques, balancing and releasing massages, seaweed wraps, mud wraps, stone and bamboo stick massages, Reiki and other healing energy treatments, shiatsu, peeling, ayurveda, and much more. The spa also offers special treatment packages that combine several treatments, treatments for expectant mothers, a wide variety of beauty care treatments, as well as special treatments for men.
The lavish spa complex, covering an area of approximately 2,500m2, features a spacious lobby, a covered indoor swimming pool with views of the magnificent scenery outside, a Turkish bath (hamam), saunas (wet and dry), a Jacuzzi, comfortable treatment rooms including a couples’ treatment room with a private Jacuzzi, a solarium, and a modern fitness room with an exercise studio and all the latest equipment.
