Arrived before the scheduled pick up time only to wait an hour to finally receive service. Was brushed off multiple time by staff members who said they could help me and then decided they had more important things to do. After an hour in their office I was finally able to pick up the car, at that point I asked the just to provide whatever was ready. When I got to the garage there was no car ready and I waited another 20 minutes for a car. Overall the pick up was 1.5 hr late and the staff had terrible attitudes and didn’t seem to be very capable.
Save yourself the headache ND rent from literally any other rental company on that street. I recommend Eldan or Hertz. Budget was fine as well.
